What makes a client or prospect “challenging” ? In the simplest terms, they can’t make a decision. They want to take part in your product or service, but they’re stuck in a maybe zone. Or maybe they’re a client who never pays on time. Whatever the problem, these challenging situations all call for the same approach.

Understand that your clients and prospects are giving you feedback

Now what kind of feedback is that? The relationships and transactions that you have with clients and prospects usually mirror some aspect of your own life or business practices.

This can be something you’re doing in your business, but it’s not confined to that. It could be something that you’re doing in your personal life, in your health, fitness, relationship, or personal development.

Let me give you some examples

Your clients aren’t paying on time

The reflection of this challenge could be a problem with timeliness or honoring agreements. You should take a look and see where you are doing something similar in your own life, to business partners, or friends.

Your prospect isn’t ready to close a deal or move forward with you

The reflection of this challenge is a problem with commitment. Where are you holding back and not moving forward? Are you allowing yourself to be non-committal?

Take this approach and apply it to any challenge or problem that you’re having in your business and you’ll see how when you take an introspective approach to your challenges, you can solve them and other challenges in your life and business.

I’ve used this technique dozens of times to overcome challenges in my business. I’ve also introduced this concept to many clients and students who have applied these concepts to resolve challenges in their life or business and start to prosper from their challenges.

So if you know anyone who could benefit from taking a look at themselves to understand why certain challenges arise, please share this with them!

On a side note- If you were wondering why i’m sitting behind my desk today with this studio looking set-up, it’s because I’m about to launch my new online radio show called Stop Money Anxiety Now. It’s a weekly radio show every Tuesday at noon. We’ll be launching in the next few weeks so keep your eyes peeled for updates.
