“You can really break down the whole movie into these real-life conversations because it is so true.”

So CRAZY RICH ASIANS just came out and we had a chance to watch it…and wow…so many layers of money stories to discuss.  So this is Part 1 of up to 3 different episodes where we will speak with a variety of different guests about what their thoughts were about the movie…the money beliefs…the perspectives that were reinforced from the movie.

For those of you who are not familiar with the movie, Crazy Rich Asians is adapted from the best-selling novel of Kevin Kwan. It tells the love story of Rachel Chu (Constance Wu), the daughter of a Chinese woman who migrated to the United States, and Nick Young (Henry Golding), the lone heir of a Singapore-based real estate family. This is a film that delights in the nuances of wealth, prestige and lineage.

Some people may relate to the movie (at some parts), some may be irked by it. For me, and today’s guest, Angie we absolutely loved it. In this movie-referenced episode, we will talk about the whole premise of the Crazy Rich Asians Movie and tackle some money stories that may be generated from the film. PLUS: Relationship advice were given too! So tune in and enjoy the episode.
