Terry Fox’s Money Story:

I grew up in rural Wyoming. My dad was a ranch hand and a cowboy for a living. My mom was the high school secretary. Money was extremely tight. I remember going with my mom to pick up government \”commodities\” and seeing her use food stamps to get our groceries. I remember around the end of the month it was never a good idea to be around Dad when he was paying the bills. I learned that the rich were evil people. I grew up steeped in Money Anxiety. And now, I’m working to change that. I grew up in rural Wyoming. My dad was a ranch hand and a cowboy for a living. My mom was the high school secretary. Money was extremely tight.
